It’s a Taco Bell like any other Taco Bell. However, the gentleman behind the counter was not well trained/knowledgeable of what he’s job is or was.
Unfortunately I've had a lot of wilted lettuce out of this location. As a matter of fact I've had so much wilted lettuce that I no longer shop there. Unless you like wilted lettuce I suggest that you don't go there either. The food quality is questionable at best.
