The nachos taste like cardboard.
We order on the app at 11:15pm and pickup the food at 11:30pm and they said they close the kitchen at 11pm and couldn't make my food. So they cancel my order and i had no dinner and hungry. Why is it that they close the kitchen at 11pm when the store close at 12am?????????
Manager Isaac will not take accountability for mistakes or missing food items, especially if order comes through Taco Bell app. If you order and pay via the app and pick up in store, you better hope they fill the order correctly. If not, Isaac will tell you there is nothing he can do and he cannot give you the missing products. He will direct you back to the app to try to get your money back and if you are unhappy about that, he will shrug and be unhelpful. I went to the window to order and the lady was very pleasant but the manager and the cook they got my order wrong and when i told them he didn't believe me when i told him that he left off my Nacho cheese he took the bowl out of my hand and stuck his finger in it and said No i didn't so i was livid and asked for my money back he got made at me and said. do you want me to make you another one or not . No Thank you
Was so excited when a Taco Bell opened nearby. I think they mess up your order 9 out of 10 times, though.
