I ordered 5 cheesy roll ups and only got a picture of this one. However this cheesy roll up had the most cheese out of all of them. It was very sad. I spent $8 on tortillas.

I keep trying to give you guys chances but literally every time I have ordered, it’s been terrible. The first time my quesadilla had no cheese. It was just a burnt tortilla. Last time, my burrito was basically just cheese and jalapeño sauce. And today I have no cheese on my cheesy fiesta potato and you forgot my fire sauce.

Well, after going through some reviews looks like I'm not the only one who has had issues here with their orders. I mean this 100 percent. Every single time I have gone to this tacobell, they always seem to screw something up or not give you your full order. Last 3 visits I had here have been disappointing. Again I make an order and when I get home, something is missing. What ticks me more is when I have them add something extra, you get charged for it, and then it's not in your order. This place screws up every order. Then when I ask the app for a refund they keep giving me credits. Yall can’t get it together I want a refund not a credit. It looks like mostly adults working the food line so their lack of reading which items are being made is outstanding, also anything with a potato will be overcooked old and taste burnt. Don’t expect them to give you black bean anything either it’s meat every time they even write bb on the wrapper and it’s meat when you open it. It’s really disappointing.
