When door dashing I can only pick up one dash at time and have to go back around through drive through to pick up second dash it's only after 8pm but it still sucks .I get yelled at customers for the delivery time being so long

The person at the counter was very rude. When I asked what was in a certain meal, I was told it was self-explanatory. I had to wait 27 minutes to get my food, and when I asked at the 23 minute mark what was taking so long, I was told “you’re not the only one getting food. “. I will not come here again

I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla combo, and while eating my Chicken Quesadilla I bit into a bone. I called the store to complain just letting them know that I found the bone and the lady talking to me hung up the phone then ignored my phone calls continuing. When I finally got ahold of someone I asked for a manager and with an attitude the lady speaking told me she was the manager. she continued to not help me in any way and dismissed me in a rude manner. She hung up the phone after telling me there was nothing she could do.

They never have Baja blast freeze working which is beyond frustrating. I even called ahead before driving there and they told me it will work for about 5-10 minutes at a time and informed me I needed to be quick if I wanted some. I was there within the 10 minutes and was only able to buy one… I have three kids… not fair. Waste of time. This needs to be fixed. It’s only ever this location that doesn’t have it working properly, and unfortunately it’s the closest to my house.
