The girl at the speaker for drive through was so rude when we said we couldn’t hear her, then proceeded to say they didn’t have any item on their menu that was a cheesy beef burrito, they do and they fought with us over not having it. It’s rice cheese beef nacho cheese and sour cream? It’s a freaking item on your menu? Anyways I get people have bad days but taking it out on others is ridiculous. Hire better people. (6:50 ish august 9th)
