The Cashier at the drive through named Briana has horrible customer service. She acted like a complete fool due to a slight misunderstanding at the drive through. The Supervisor on call was not any better. She rushed me, made excuses for her employees bad behavior and didn’t care to listen to my concern.
I ordered chicken quesadilla today, I think it’s burnt, the employees are polite though.
Worst Taco Bell ever. I’ve given them so many chances. I just came by at midnight, they’re supposed to close at one, and the drive-through said all they’re doing is GrubHub and DoorDash. I ask why and she said, “because we’re closing“ is there not a manager working? What a joke
Ordered crunch wrap supreme and crunchy taco supreme, filled with practically nothing! Terrible, There was hardly anything in them. Nothing like the picture on the web site. Worse Taco Bell .
The new store manager is very very nice. I had to call him one time in regards to not being able to place an order and he was very tentative and make sure I got my food.
