The men's bathroom is always super dirty, and the urinal and toilet are always clogged up. There's never any hand soap in the dispenser. Food is ok and I've never had any issues with my order. I wanted to post pics of the bathroom but it's nasty!
I know this location has had its strong points and not so strong points, so it's important to say that it's gotten to be a lot more organized the last few weeks. The over night drive thru guy, Rigardo was one of the nicest employees I've had contact with there. He was very courteous and made sure my order was correct, and offered me sauces more than once to make sure I was set. He has a awesome personality and should be seen for his kind service. Lovely found mold in my crunch wrap
What is it with the place the one up tower is the only one I goto due to this one's terrible food every time. I ordered on the app hoping it wouldn't pick this one and sure enough. Food was burned so bad it was hard. And they really took it off the grill after opening it and said let's pack it up and send it out.
