This specific location was such a headache to deal with. I ordered on their app and it glitched. So I got charged but it never submitted the order. Well I went and explained to the person working the counter and they looked at me like I grew a third head. I had to explain myself continuously for about 10 mins before they finally got a manager, who I then had to explain myself to AGAIN for several minutes.
