I really felt for the workers, you can tell they are way understaffed and on top of that they were out of more than half the menu. The lobby was a mess but I don't blame the staff
I came in to pick up an Uber Eats order, and—shockingly—they didn’t even have it. They had to manually re-enter it into their system and start from scratch. Fine, mistakes happen. But then three people who ordered after me started getting their food… while I stood there for 30 to 40 minutes waiting on an order that should’ve already been done. This Taco Bell is ALWAYS closed and never completes my order and is always out of everything. Don’t come here only do if u want to waste your time.
The slowest "fast food" in PA. Dont go unless you feel like waiting for 30 minutes at least.
