Store closed earlier than both their own signs and Google said, they had a bunch of handwritten signs saying doors were not working - please sue other doors, then another saying the drive-through isn’t working. Rather a sad location.
No KFC/Taco Bell place is close to being just decent. If both franchise are together, you cannot expect taco bell to have an app order. The bathroom looks like no one cleaned it for months and stinks so bad. The tables were never cleaned. Moreover, until this nice cashier dude comes over and did everything necessary, the manager doesn't even try to see if I need anything and just make me stand there. This place is really gone down in the last few years. Very slow service and rude staff. Better to avoid and go to a place which has better service and friendly staff. My order today took more than 30 minutes and for some reason, the drive-through was not offering service. After a long wait, when a few of us asked to cancel our orders, they showed us a sign which said no refund so we were all forced to wait until the food was ready.
Waited 15 minutes for food that seemed like it was expired. Stay far away from this establishment.
I went inside because the drive thru was broken. I ordered a Crunchwrap and a burrito supreme. The inside of this place is DISGUSTING!! The food wasn’t much different!! Crunchwrap supreme had some strange sauce on it. Burrito fell apart when I opened it. I ordered a beef burrito supreme I got a bean burrito with a tiny bit of beef. No sour cream no lettuce…. This place should be condemned!
