This taco bell deserves higher than a 3.2. Ive never had a bad experience here. Ordering ahead is the way to go!
Order food online. Went through drive thru to pick up. They were out of black beans so couldn't get one of my menu items. I had 4 items which should have gotten chips...there were only 2 in the bag and the Crunchwrap slider i got was not edible. The the wrap was so hard and tough I couldn't bite into it. It had been sitting under a warmer for a long time. I spent $27 dollars in total and was missing $7 of food. Never going back. Do better Taco Bell.
The employees were kind and even checked to ask about a sauce I requested off one item did I want it that way on the other. Now that's some caring, awesome customer service! Thank you for all you do I have come here for food in a pinch through some good and bad times but y'all always manage to put a smile on my face and I appreciate that.
Taco Bell employee refused to Remake A Uber delivery order because somebody had stole the food. I wasted my time driving here When I have children and trying to keep my lights on.
