The food is great and customer service I experienced is great I ordered the loaded beefy burritos and they are delicious I only got potato’s and cheese sour cream and they taste just like the original potato griller use to
Service is terrible most of the time. Even managers watch employees rude behavior especially to cocasian costumers. Orders more times than not takes forever.
Doesn’t matter what time of the day you come either the lobby doors locked in the day time or they’re out of tomatoes, lettuce, chulupa bread, it’s always something
So I ordered on the app. Took me like five minutes to drive to the restaurant. When I get to the drive-through, they say your order is not ready. Circle around and come back in about five minutes. What kind of customer service is that? I’m not circling around and coming back. Fix it, Taco Bell.
