Terrible customer service!!!! Refused to give me food or a refund after I placed my order and paid for it with proof it came out my bank account.
This is the worse Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. They are always out of something, can’t make something, fryers are down or items or extras you order you never get. Staff is absolutely terrible, rude and ignore you. If they screwed an order up they catch an attitude with you. I stood one day for over 35 minutes and had to ask at the register 3 times for my refund. Food wasn’t fresh
I Swear, Taco bell in Bainbridge is a joke! After waiting 57 minutes on a online order( I sat at the window for 10 minutes before they told me to come in and place my order). They only had root beer to drink ( I don't drink that 🤢) and this is my crunch wrap supreme. No meat, no lettuce, no tomatoes,and no mild sauce. Give me back sonic you can have Taco bell!
