You can only order at a kiosk, even though they had a register. We were completely ignored until my daughter asked if we could order at the register (we couldn't). We went through the drive through and ordered with a robot. We had to pull up and wait for our food. Probably won't be back.

If I can rate this store zero stars I would. Everything we ordered tonight was disappointing… Like EVERYTHING!! How you can’t make anything right? This isn’t the first time I order here, usually go to the Brookshire location because it’s so good.. but dam count your days Taco Bell on 26628 Fm- 1093 you need to be shut down. Tried to say I couldn’t pick up 2 mobile orders without having to go through the line twice. This is not true, I worked for Taco Bell before. I had a line of cars behind me, and we spent more time ‘convincing’ them to do their jobs than it would’ve taken to make the order. I understand you want drive thru times to look good, but that was ridiculous. Ended up asking multiple times about the order, holding up the line, until the said they could ‘switch’ one to carry out. Absolutely disappointing. There were 7 employees standing around doing nothing, clearly not busy at all, yet I still had to wait 30 minutes for my food. No sense of urgency, no customer service. It felt like everyone was just wasting time. If you value your time, I’d recommend going somewhere else.
