The employee was very sweet. That's why I didn't leave 1 star. I ordered a crispy cantina chicken. This is what I received. How can an employee feel confident bagging this up and serving this knowing that there are guides, and trainings, and PICTURES, to show what it should look like. Or at least close to. I let out quite a laugh when I unwrapped this
Not a fan of fast food chains, prefer local independents with real, interesting flavors. My bias. Will stave off hunger in an emergency. That said, Taco Bell has always been very consistently meh+, better than most comparable chains. I applaud the addition of sauces that are actually spicy! Sadly they recently removed the 7-layer burrito from the menu leaving fewer veggy options. So I had to try some other options. Not good.
