I love Taco Bell, and they always get my order right, unlike McDonald's down the street, where they always mess it up, so that's why I really like this Taco Bell.
I asked for PLAIN bean burrito and 3 crunchy tacos combo, the burrito had onions so I called got a replacement with a regular taco for the inconvenience. I realized that one of the 3 tacos combo did not have sour cream that was AFTER the replacements were picked up. I also ordered 2 cinnamon twisters that were pretty hard and couldn’t eat them all. At the end of the day it ruined the cravings we had for these items prior to and had the other items not been defective I would not have given a less than satisfactory review.
The customer service was good but the food was terrible. The crunchy tacos were soggy. The Crunchwrap had very little meat.
Always impressed at how fresh the food is at this location, they do a great job. Far better than most Taco Bell’s quality and freshness.
