Not even worth going into details. Just wanted a good ol crunch wrap and it's nothing but veggies.
Absolutely awful just spent over $50 to get half of my order wrong and five items missing. We called and all they said was “well I didn’t make the food”… are u deadass get off the phones, stop smoking blunts by the dumpster and get ur shit together I’m so over it. Learn how to actually work a job!
We ordered about 70 dollars worth of food and we had 5 items missing, none of our sauces, little toppings, and even had one of our vegetarian burritos get made with beef. Once we called all we got in response was “well i didn’t make the food.” No accountability whatsoever from the manager whatsoever. Then once we tried explaining that we have someone that cannot eat meat, we got berated for it. Never go to this taco bell if you want all of your items or if you want them done correctly.
My food was STALE, didnt end up eating it. Plus we got the wrong food. And the lady taking our order was rushing us through our order while also yawning incredibly obnoxiously loud and didnt turn her headset off to continue talking with her coworkers. Will not be returning.
Gave me a beef burrito when the ticket clearly said black bean.. and showed the V symbol for vegetarian. Employees clearly cannot read tickets and struggle with anything really and from looking at other reviews they are leaving other vegetarians hungry and without their money. This could seriously get someone sick or harm them, you can’t even put what’s on the ticket in the damn burrito? Pathetic rlly
