Haven’t really had any problems at this locations. Maybe once I got a soggy taco but really solid location.
Their staff at this location is great.
We were traveling back home and we stopped by today. The burritos we got were really good, plenty of fillings and we got our order really quick. One of my wife's burritos was a bean & cheese and she said it was cold. The rest were hot so I'm not what happened there but overall a good experience!
I have now changed my review after the customer service I’ve received. I’ve been here for over 30 minutes and when asked how much longer I was very rudely told they will be out whenever and asked an estimated time the employee walked away. They had no care about what was going on and that it was affecting everyone at least 10 to 15 customers are stuck without getting product. And the staff are belligerently rude.
