Ordered food using the app for dine in. The app said it was ready and the staff said it wasn't. We waited 40 mins until I noticed it was sitting in the online order area and brought it to their attention. If I didn't, I don't think they would have ever given me my order. It was slightly warm when we ate and the nachos bell grande barely had any meat, mostly just chips. Very disappointed in this location. Layton main street is better in my opinion. Quicker too.
Can't say much about the food since I've only picked DoorDash up and easily stay 10-25 minutes each time. One of the last times I came here for a delivery, I think someone else stole a customer's order, because the store couldn't find anything under the customer's name. I contacted the customer to see if things were still good on his end of DoorDash app and he says they're still making it and that I could potentially see if the app offers a code that could be used to locate the order instead, which it didn't on my end. The drive thru somehow manages to forget your sauce packets Every. Single. Time. Even after they confirm my mobile order and sauce packets over the speaker one minute beforehand.
Literally the nicest worker ever!!! Kept asking “anything else I can get for you” in such a polite manner make me kept wanting to add more and hands down the best burrito supreme I’ve ever had in like 10+ years it was delicious and not a sloppy burrito like you can tell it had sour cream and not all mixed up mess of refried runny beans.. I hope I’m making sense
