Literal trash. Food was inedible and took forever. The chips tasted like chemicals, the tortilla and chalupa were dry. The chalupa crumpled it was so dried out. The only good part was the Baja blast. Updating to say we tried to pick through it and eat some of the garbage they served. We are both sick today. Never ever ever coming back to this location and I urge everyone to skip it. Genuinely so bad. I’ve never had Taco Bell be so genuinely terrible and I’m still annoyed about it 24 hours later.
I’m actually shocked at how much this Taco Bell sucks. I actually couldn’t eat my food for the first time after 20 years of going to Taco Bell. How is corporate allowing them to serve stale and literally inedible food? Layton one runs miles around this one.
Feels like I’m haggling at a flea market every time I go through your drive thru. No, I don’t want extra meat, sour cream, or spicy for the first, second, or third burrito. When I say I would like several hot sauce packets for my 3 burritos, that means more than 2.
The amount of times employees here locked eye contact with my fiancé and I while we were trying to ask them a question and not a single one came up to help us is crazy. We both work in food services and know that it isn’t hard to ask if a customer needs something when they’re the only ones in the entire store. The food here never has problems, but we’re sick of having little to no customer service.
