I'd give this place 0 if I could, literally one of the most awful Taco Bells ever... and it ain't like Taco Bells are known for being at a high level...
Had to wait 45 minutes on five soft tacos and a chips and cheese when my food was received it was cold and horrible. Worst Taco Bell I ever had the employees had attitudes. The manager had an attitude when I confronted them about my 45 minute wait I will never go back there and eat again. I recommend anybody else to go somewhere else and not eat there. Worst service I’ve ever had in the fast food industry. The sad part was they wasn’t even that busy
I have sat in the drive thru from the time I placed my order in the back of the line at 6:40pm and it is now almost 7:30. I am sitting at the window waiting on my food that I paid for. The manager who answered my phone said it’s in the red it’s only been there for 15 mins. I will never come to this location. This is ridiculous
I’m not sure what the disconnect is when you have 8 people working. Sat for 45 minutes and they still hadn’t started my order. At that point I could’ve gone and made the food myself and been more pleased. Absolutely terrible service. Workers didn’t even act apologetic or concerned. Also, every person had at least 1 thing wrong with our order. Nacho fries looked like mush
This is the worst taco bell. Expect to sit in the drive through for at MINIMUM 45 minutes. Going inside is not much better, no one ever seems to know whats going on. I don't know what is wrong with this place but it has god awful service. Driving farther to visit the Pace location is a million time better than going here. Corporate please fix this place or get rid of it so we can have something better
