The restaurant is clean, the employees are very nice. However they have not had air conditioning for 5 weeks. I waited 35 minutes for two tacos simply bc they’re so busy and it’s hotter inside than outside. With their attitudes you would never know. They’re amazing considering the conditions they’re working in. Their drive thru speaker does not work. It's Taco Bell, man! If they read this... I WANT MY DOUBLE DECKER TACOS BACK (with the refried beans in between the soft and hard shells!!). Baja Blast! LOL

If I could rate at zero stars I would!! Horrible service!! Lazy staff!! One of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. Takes 30+ minutes to actually get our order and it is usually wrong.. I recommend going to the Pace location if you are wanting Taco Bell in the future.
