I damn near got hit just tryinf to get there. Do not waste your time trying to go here because the parking lot is blocked and it is just too dangerous. The construction workers tried to run me over after I tried to leave because of the truck with trailer blocking the entrance. And I thought perhaps the normal entrance was temporarily closed and I was at fault so I tried the next turn lane but no, the entrance was just blocked. Try have too many long wait times!!!! Waiting 20-30 min in drive thru is crazy!!!!!

Ordered at the indoor kiosk. 1/2 hour for a simple order and it was not correct . Place is chaotic and dirty. Employees were putting a drop cloth over one of the make tables? Not sure what was up with that. I do love the Bell but this location needs a reset.

Waited over an hour in the drive through, just for the employees to come out and say they’re closed. If there are customers who were already in line before closing, I feel like they should be served instead of turned away. It is not their fault the location’s so inefficient that it took them 10mins or more per vehicle. There were also 5-7 other vehicles that were denied service due to “closing”.
