The food was DELISH per usual. Seating was perfect. Mike has anger issues or something and needs to control his attitude. He was very rude to me and my family when we asked for a simple food favor.
Taco Bell was great! Food was fresh! Mike i think is a manager has really bad customer service. We were told we could get white sauce instead of red and when Andy came to the front he raised his voice and caused a scene. He was overall extremely rude to me and the other 5 people I was with. Definitely not appropriate, very unprofessional. Mike needs to find a new job.
Walked in at 930 pm. Ordered a couple cheesy Gordita crunches and a few soft tacos. The GC’s were $4.60 and the ST’s were $3.29. They didn’t put on the GC sauce and there might’ve been a teaspoon full of “meat” in the ST’s. Asked for a cup of Sour Cream…which was $1.29. I couldn’t get myself to eat my tacos and told my wife to throw it all away. Another gentleman walked in behind us and asked if they were closed (at 9:45PM) and the lady said “Well, I guess we can take your order.” And acted like they were all doing the poor ... read more
