Drive thru employee was rude, I asked for no chipotle sauce on my quesadilla and was told it doesn’t come with any. Shocker, it was drowned in chipotle sauce. Asked for mild sauce for tacos, didn’t get any. Skimpy quesadillas and tacos. Won’t be back. I’ll go to the one on Beal next time
Said in the drive thru for a good solid 20+ minutes waiting for an order I made online 10 mins prior. The cheese in my quesadilla wasnt even melted, and to top it off, I enjoyed a nice luke-warm drink because they had no ice! And I PAID for all of that!
We waited almost 25 minutes to get our food and they didn’t even start to make it until someone came up to us and asked if we gotten our food, and they didn’t put light lettuce on my tacos and they put tomatoes on the soft tacos when it doesn’t even come with tomatoes.
So it’s currently 10:37 pm, pulled through and was told that “we’re currently not taking orders for the rest of the night”, okay I guess I made it too late I told myself. I pull up the times on google, said 12 I believe. There is another vehicle infront of me so I have to wait to leave the line, the male in the vehicle infront of me gets a whole load of food and leans through his window to kiss the lady/girl working the drive through for awhile.
