By far the best Taco Bell in NOVA. We get a baja blast freeze here nearly once a week and the machine is always reliable. Most TBells you go to nowadays have a mediocre machine at best that works every so often 🤣 But this location always slaps. The freeze is the perfect consistency of ice and juice. Can’t beat it! And the employees are always friendly. Highly recommend!
This location used to be 50/50 with polite and rude. Now it's just employees who don't care! The drive thru employee just mumbles and asks what several times, even after you respond with perfect annunciation. They messed my mobile order up, and when I called, the mumbler answered. Even with the order number and receipt in his view I had to walk him through where they made a mistake and then he said to call 1-800 Taco bell. first time at this location, i take one bite of my taco and in my mouth, i feel something sharp and hard and hairy. I pull out this little piece of plastic or glass. It has lint stuck on it, completely ruining my appetite and meal.
