I ordered a cheese potato. One of the workers decided to stick her nasty hands in my food. Looked at me after she did it started talking Spanish. So I had asked her to remake it she gotten mad. It was all females working they rude and disrespectful. Get it together
I've been stopping by this Taco Bell for about five years now, mostly because it's right on my way home. Overall, it's one of the better locations I've visited. The service can vary depending on the day, which is understandable given the nature of fast food work and the challenges of a busy team. They are always fast and rarely miss anything on my usually pretty large orders.
By far the best Taco Bell in NOVA. We get a baja blast freeze here nearly once a week and the machine is always reliable. Most TBells you go to nowadays have a mediocre machine at best that works every so often 🤣 But this location always slaps. The freeze is the perfect consistency of ice and juice. Can’t beat it! And the employees are always friendly. Highly recommend!
This location used to be 50/50 with polite and rude. Now it's just employees who don't care! The drive thru employee just mumbles and asks what several times, even after you respond with perfect annunciation. They messed my mobile order up, and when I called, the mumbler answered. Even with the order number and receipt in his view I had to walk him through where they made a mistake and then he said to call 1-800 Taco bell.
