The young lady working the drive-thru was extremely rude and condescending from the moment I arrived. I asked a simple question, and instead of providing a straightforward answer, she responded with unnecessary attitude and another question. There was no greeting, no professionalism, and no basic courtesy. Customer service really isn’t that difficult. They took my card and charges me twice for items never told me tried to fix it without telling me and when I said something they act like im a problem seems like yall trying to steal people money this was my worst experience ever.
The food was hot and the service was fast
It was very empty inside and the staff was very polite. Food was very tasty too.
