This is both a review for both doordash, orders and regular in store orders. This used to be the best taco bell we had in janesville... however, after four messed up orders, I can safely say this is the one that you don't want to order from. Update: tried one more time and regrettably the new dipping taco had less than an ounce of meat and 10 shreds of cheese. This store can't get an order right to save their soul. Update: decided to try again got the new beef nachos grande and 3/4 of box was left over chips. Instead of advertising 2x protein it should be 2x the left over chips due to lack of topping. All the workers were hanging out in the lobby doing nothing while there's cars wrapped around the building... terrible service. Its been 30 minutes in line!!!
