I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. After purchasing my food, I felt disrespected by the way I was treated by an employee. During my visit, I heard comments that I found offensive, including being called a “dumb ass.” The employee also indicated that similar remarks were being made about other customers. The interaction made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. Pretty good atmosphere
Got kiosk order wrong.
Ordered to dine in. After waiting way too long I asked about our order. They had put the bag in the mobile pickup area. It had been there so long the food was soggy and cold. I told them and they didn't offer to replace it. Wanted time & money !!
