Easily the worst "customer service" I've received in recent memory. If you go in, all eight employees will look you directly in the eyes, but not a single one will actually acknowledge you or attempt to help you. I have literally stood there for five minutes for a pick up order that they set in the drive thru. So my order was ready, but since no one even tried to talk to me, my order just sat there. Make sure if you order from the app that you have the pickup address correct 🙄 impossible to cancel?? Or get your money back.
