The staff is pleasant and professional. My only "beef" is you have to place your own order on the machine. I don't get paid to do that. Otherwise good experience
Why does a mobile order take 30 minutes?
I go to Taco Bell almost everyday lol literally I live closer to this one but will travel to tower and Hampton try to avoid this one at all cost customer service is rude changed me 5¢ for water.. Ok whatever but instead of giving me a small cup of water it was a baby cup that normally isn't given they act like customers are bothering them
