The older lady taking orders seem miserable. No customer skills at all. She first rung me up for something I didnt order when I asked her what she rang me up for and clarified that it was incorrect she told me the menu changed. But the items are still being sold. I’m really disappointed with my experience at Taco Bell. I specifically asked for fresh chalupas because the last time I ordered, they gave me stale chalupas. I even explained this to the staff and asked them to please make sure they were fresh this time. Unfortunately, the chalupas I received were stale again. The shells were hard and tasted old, not fresh at all. It’s frustrating to clearly explain an issue and still receive the same problem again. This place sucks! Their drive thru is the slowest one I ever went thru! It's like they are incompetent of taken a simple order!
I came by late tonight and the menu items my friends wanted to order were no longer on the menu. I had the pleasure of speaking to Zaniah (drive thru) and she informed of this and was very nice about it and made sure I got every item correct even my sauces. The food was fantastic and the burritos and tacos were full not skimpy which was super nice!
