with 5 employees behind the counter and 1 car in drive no one in line inside but us and it took them 15 minutes to acknowledge we were even there.
Very disappointed with my food, I ordered my daughter a chicken quesadilla and that thing was so thin it barely had cheese, and no chicken, and the tortilla was burnt. I don’t know if they are training, new employees, because even the burritos were not properly wrapped honest all your eating is beans and tortillas something change with the portion they put. Not worth spending your money it feels like a rip off.
I went through drive-thru just so called manager which is a white guy with glasses he claim he asked me did I want to donate some money I know I was said no because why would I donate anything two Taco Bell company especially when I'm picking up an order for someone else he claim he couldn't refund the money back then on top of this he messed up on my order I knew I had a bad feeling while I was sitting forever and drive through wasting my gas about to run out with my kids at least almost 20 minutes and drive through ridicul... read more
