Although I stopped going to this Taco Bell because they are always asking for donations, I did stop today while the other taco place trains its new staff after being closed for awhile. Instead of dealing with the drive thru, I parked and went inside to ensure my order was correct. However, they no longer wait on walk-ins and expect you to use the Kiosks. So I had to leave.
Shut this location down
This place has lost me as a customer for the entire chain. I am furious. Not offering a substation for a cheaper item and infact upcharging for it on every single item even though it costs you less is theft. You are stealing from your customers and should feel ashamed. It is also discrimination against people with eating restrictions. Stop being DISCRIMINATORY. I need corporate to take a very hard look at this location and reform it completely. This is abhorent. They do not allow any substation at all, if you dont want a premium item like chicken and want beans instead they charge you an extra 60 cents on top of your order instead of offering a substation. This is a blatant rip off and very rude and I will be boycotting all taco bells because of this from now on. Ive been a loyal customer of the chain for 30 years and you have lost me forever.
