Obama Ochalla is a really helpful employee who took time out of his day to make sure my experience was excellent. He also took me to the restroom when I needed it.
Change was suppose to be $5.52 . Got handed a $5. Not the 52c change tho. It's just change but she didn't even mention being out of change. How do you not have change in your store after being open for 18hrs? And the same thing happened one of the last times I was here as well. Same situation. Do better, take pride in your store.
I just got an Uber eats order from here with a missing Doritos Locos Tacos. If you order from here be careful, they always give you an incomplete order!!! 12:24PM I ordered sour cream on the tacos and they gave me a small cup!
They’ll mess up your order more often than not, then treat you like you’re trying to scam them out of billions of dollars in tacos if you ask for them to fix the issue. Seems like they get butthurt when you say something about it and you’ll hear them openly talking sh*t on customers because they can’t handle making more than two burritos per order. Place is also just filthy and I’m not sure if management exists here. Your best bet is literally ANY OTHER Taco Bell.
