Not coming back to this location EVER. We ordered one bean Crunchwrap and one beef, pretty simple. The bean one was for my vegan sister, and they gave us both with beef. I called and told them how messed up that was, especially since she couldn’t even eat her food. They said I could come back for a remake or refund, so I went back since she still wanted the Crunchwrap—and they still messed it up! One job, and they couldn’t get it right. Super careless and unprofessional.
I went through drive through at this location because it’s super close to my work. I always order two Doritos locos tacos, and one cheese quesadilla with no jalapeño sauce, and a side of sour cream. Well, off the bat they said “they didn’t have any mild sauce” okay…I can work with that. The tacos/meat wasn’t very warm to begin with and the cheese quesadilla…wasn’t even what I remotely ordered. Fries were old and chicken strips were old.
The girl that takes orders most weekend nights is rude and unfriendly. Every time I come back she makes me want to come less and less. Please get better staff
