I'm convinced Taco Bell knew they couldn't provide the minimum customer service, do they just gave up on customer service of any kind. Forced to use kiosks and mobile apps, you go into to pick up an order and the customer is completely ignored while your poorly prepared items get soggy and inedible. Staff can't understand English so they look at the customer and just walk away.
