Place shouldn’t be open. We sat in the drive through for 30 minutes. Waited. Couldn’t get out, inside people walk by you without even acknowledging you exist. It’s dirty. Foods always wrong. I’ve ordered from there 2xs. Will take extra time to go to Auburn in the future.
Terrible. 3 times we ordered chicken enchilada burritos and every single time it was the wrong thing. The first time it happened the manager was very rude and argued about how it was correct, but when they finally checked it lo and behold it wasn’t a chicken enchilada burrito. Judging by the others reviews this happens a LOT.
Had THE WORST experience of my life yesterday. Ordered a chicken quesadilla with less cheese, and instead got an only cheese quesadilla. Discovered this when I got home, came back (with the uneaten quesadilla) and had a guy named Devon demand a receipt (while simultaneously saying he remembered the order), yelling at me in front of other customers. Workers were extremely rude to every customer, our order was half wrong, and the place was gross. Both workers we dealt with (one older lady named Sally, didn’t get the others name but she was much younger and had split dyed hair) were rude to every single customer. Watched the younger girl slam down a DoorDash ordered, then refused to give her name to the door dash driver, and but had no problem stating “that’s Sally’s job and she’s not paying attention”, throwing Sally right under the bus.
