If you use the app for this place, they will NOT make your order until you get there, waited 25 minutes for my order waiting for the tracker to allow me to know when it’s ready and to pick it up and I finally walked in only to find out they will not make your order until you get here. What is the point of ordering through the app for pick up?? After the 25 minute wait i had to then wait another ten minute for them to actually make it. Terrible. Nice staff but who literally cares when your food isn’t being made.
I DoorDashed some bell grande nachos and they sent some BS. What seems like a glob of beans and chips. No beef, hardly anything. Don’t work or serve “Mexican” food and send some BS. I hate there aren’t other Mexican places open but you guys SUCK!!!!!
Everytime we give another chance they mess it up. Charge for extra meat and get one piece each on a quesadilla and so much sauce.
Crunch wrap Supreme had no meat!
