An employee wearing a headset at the front counter didn't treat us well; she just set our food on the table without saying a word and even started laughing at us with her coworkers. Then, someone with no money came in asking for a free drink, and she served him before us—that’s not right. Taco Bell and this franchise need to train their staff better on customer service and making people feel welcome; they should be more selective about the people they hire. Ive been to 3 different locations whom i was a regular off, but in this tacobell the employees and the managers are all so kind and nice to me, they really make me feel especial everytime i got there they shout my name out before i even get to the counter and whats more my food its done always before i even arrive, even on days that its packed.
