Loud mouth working the line. Kakaling, hooting, and hallering the entire visit. Meanwhile at least 7 people are waiting for food in the lobby and about another six in the drive through. It’s not the time for airing out all hour drama. These people are hungry. We are paying for this.
I don’t usually use reviews negatively but this has to be the slowest TB I have ever been to. 20 min for my food.
Recently their cinnabon ice coffee has been a miss when its available, the coffee is extremly bitter and they dont put enough Cinnabon creamer in it. I've stopped ordering the Cinnabon ice coffee and opted to buy the creamer from Kroger and make it myself at home. Dropped a star due to this. Food is still good though. I drive 15 minutes to this location just for breakfast every Saturday. Out of lettuce and didnt say anything for 2 meals that I purchased from this store. No sign or anything. Called the store after the second meal where they informed me the lettuce was recalled. Which is fine - but let people know!!
Was visiting from out of town food was blah, bathroom was clean.
