Food was amazing but the staff was my issue. They close at 10 but this is during Auto Fest and the one guy in the back repeatedly complained about people coming in past 9:30. I visited Taco Bell on August 13 and ordered a potato wrap, which was not prepared properly. When I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, they did not acknowledge or adequately address my concern. Although I received a refund, I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer support. I request that this matter be reviewed to help improve the customer experience.
Guy at the drive through was less than courteous, didn’t say two words to me had a nasty look on his face, I told him I wanted my receipt he ignored me, handed me my food, I asked again and he angrily gave it to me as if I was inconvenienced him and told me to pull forward as if I’m not leaving.
Ordered two overpriced crunchwraps on lunch break at work, tortillas were so hard they cracked and crunched. Disgusting and no time to go back.
I was a bit disappointed to discover the distance from the interstate where I saw the sign, to the actual store BUT the staff was very professional and did their best to answer my questions as to the fastest route back to the interstate. Please extend my compliments. And, I got a "your welcome" when I said thank you instead of the apparent today's normal "of couse". Good old fashioned home schooling as far as I'm concerned. That's a plus plus. For sure.
