Placed a large order which included a Mexican pizza n 2 'boxes' crunch wrap soft shell tacos 5 layer burrito n 4 more orders.. EVERYTHING came in one large bag, with the Mexican pi,za on the bottom. Smashed so bad it was inedible. The "boxes" contents were just haphazardly in the very large bag longer with everything else. The crunch wrap was bad n felt apart when my 89 year old mom tried to eat it. The overall bag of food was a mess n worse meal we've ever gotten from taco bell. the girl that took my order was nice, unfortunately there were hairs in our food, and not like 1 stray hair, there were many hairs it almost seemed like they were put in the food on purpose it was absolutely awful! I did call and the manager seemed nice and apologized....I don't Normally leave reviews, just hoping this doesn't happen to another person.
