The staff is rude and incompetent, they should be fired and replaced by better workers
Terrible location staff gets orders wrong or doesnt make it right all the time ( i'm talking like complete missing nacho boxes and extra of ingredients that are marked none) today's order was a bean burrito and a beefy 5 layer no sourcream. But i received the bean burrito that looks like it was out of the trash can tortilla so old and hard it's tearing just being wrapped also 5 layer had EXTRA sour cream.
