The food was cold.they didn’t call are name it took 45 minutes to get are food many people got there food before us and we were there before them they burnt other people’s orders like three times
I just went through the drive-through about 10 minutes ago and there were only two cars in the drive-through and yet I still had to park in a handicap space and wait for my food and then my order was wrong. Now I’m stuck with something that I have to throw away because I cannot eat it. Unbelievable.
Taco Bell is my all time favorite fast food place.
I tried to call this taco bell 12 times and not a single person answered. I only had 1 question but it seems no matter how hard you try you can't get ahold of them. Poor customer service imo. Any mod on shift should have that phone beside them and answer it. It could have been a major complaint but of course its not that big of a deal to just ignore your customers when they call.
