It’s like no one can read properly. Ordered late night for my kids. Cheese quesadillas literally looked disgusting. Burnt tortilla and hardly any cheese in it, and whatever was in it wasn’t even melted. Got a side of rice NO BEANS and what comes on it? BEANS. I probably wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell. I was kind of skeptical at first because they have 2 Stars on yelp but I figured, it’s whatever, it’s the closest Taco Bell to where I live. But unfortunately those 2 Stars are a real thing. I got a Lux box for my girlfriend and she didn’t get her chips that came with it. Also, my Crunchwrap looked sad like they just threw it together. They need to learn how to read orders. Taco was ordered no cheese and no sour cream. Instead rice and tomato. Was given taco with everything on it. Always check food orders.
Just paid 6 bucks for a ordinary crunch with black beans instead of beef and this is what I was given. Unacceptable!
