Thought I would travel from Wautoma to Berlin to try out Taco Bell again since we don't have one nearby. Little bit of a line in the Drive-Thru, which was no issue. The gentleman who was taking the order got everything correct and had a amazing attitude. However, once I got home I realized that my order was incorrect. We were first customers in the door and there was food on the floor in dining area. The garbage was full as soon as I put my garbage in. There was no silverware I had to go up and request them. The young man refilled the silverware right away. These things are to be blamed on the night shift not doing their job.
Poort service ever, waited 50 minutes for my order, watched them give everyone after me their orders, finally just asked for my money back and went to the McDonald's next to them an was eating within 5 minutes
Its a Taco Bell. Love the food not the aftermath 🤣😂 The staff was very friendly and helpful
