I have frequented this location for years and the staff mostly know me my name! They are friendly and prompt and the newly renovated restaurant and dining area are kept clean and presentable. I have witnessed the general manager conduct countless interviews, which I'm always impressed! She always pours into the youth during this critical time across the board! The drive-thru wait was at least 30 minutes. The staff was likely understaffed, but despite that, the drive-thru worker was very friendly, and the food was exactly what I ordered. Great work even under pressure. The crew who worked tonight on 11/30/25 deserves a raise.
Great late night service honest to god. They are amazing when it comes to timing snd execution .
By far one of the worst taco bells I've ever been too. The nightshift is absolutely lazy. Sat in the drive thru line for over 15 mins just to be told at the box they're only accepting online orders. One time time they decided to close 45mins early then decided the best way to tell was having a worker yell at folks in the drive thru.
I arrived at 12:55a placed an order for two number 6’s. One beef one chicken. When I got to the window I was informed the cook turned off the fryer and the chalupa’s shell needed to be fried so the employee was giving me other options however then when I was handed my food she was informed that order was made. When I arrived to my destination the chalupa shell was not fried and the everything was soggy. The fried shell is what makes the meal taste so well. I was highly disappointed.
