We ordered in advance online, and arrived a little bit later than the pickup time. We stayed for 50 minutes total as someone had reportedly stolen our order (we were told by the manager--- only after waiting for 20 minutes already), and we had to wait for the whole thing to be remade, only for it to be missing more than one item. The wait time is a recurring problem at this location. Either go to Leominster or Ayer.
Pésimo servicio. Pedimos 8 Soft Tacos de pollo y nos dieron de carne (beef). Cuando notificamos el error, el gerente respondió de forma agresiva insistiendo en que nos habían dado lo que pedimos, cuando en ningún momento ordenamos tacos de carne. Al final nos devolvieron el dinero y volvimos a pagar por la orden correcta, pero aun así solo nos entregaron 6 tacos en lugar de los 8 que habíamos pagado. Muy mala atención al cliente y una experiencia decepcionante.
