Tried to order drive thru through the app. The line moved one car in 12 minutes, still four cars before the speaker. Figured I'd just go inside and ask for my order at the counter, but after making eye contact with two different employees and being ignored for over five minutes with a line of people behind me, I walked out and canceled my order. I'll take my chances somewhere else. This location is the absolute worst, even worse than Leominster which randomly closes early.
i ordered 3 crispy supreme tacos and they switched my order to soft tacos
Crunch wrap had nothing in it. Waste of $$. My chalupas supreme had no sour cream. Won't be back.
First time using Delivery and they're already have the wrong order. Why they have a phone number. they never pick
