They put something on my receipt that I did not order, They corrected it after I caught it , and then when I got my food, which was very hot and good they did not put a fork or something for me To eat my cheesy potatoes with in the car.
Doesn’t look like management cares enough to check reviews. But come on Taco Bell-why can’t yall get the order right? We’re missing 3 tacos!!
Stopped by the Athens Taco Bell around 10:30pm on 9/1/25 and had an excellent experience. The gentleman working the drive-thru window during this shift was incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional. My order was handled perfectly, and the service made the late-night stop a bright spot in my day. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I ordered. Terrible service, bad attitude and can't ever get the items right in the bag. Throw int he fact that every time I order a cheesy bean and rice burrito it either is made wrong, or has meat residue on the outside of the burrito. Worst taco bell I've ever had. Cheese wasn't ever melted on either cheesy roll ups or chicken quesadilla.
