Ordered my food at 8:50 said it would be done by 9:00. Went there at 9 and sat inside for 20 minutes waiting on my food! Two other people came after me and was served before I was even asked ANYTHING! Finally after waiting got home, no sauces that I have asked for! AND HALF MY FOOD NOT EVEN IN THE BAG! Spent over $20 and got an $10 order…
Ordered today (3/9) for dine in. I finished ordering before my friend, she was given her drink cup and I had to ask for mine. I ordered at 12:16pm, went to the counter at 12:26 because my friend and another couple received their food before me when I had ordered first. I was told it is “first come first serve” but clearly that’s false. My food finally came out at 12:32pm and there wasn’t even a “sorry for the wait” staff is rude and disorganized.
The guy with the painted nails at the window was amazing he was so polite and made my day!
