Do not like that they are forcing ppl to order on the computer inside !! Makes it VERY DIFFICULT for ppl who do not know how and it takes forever to find what you are wanting to order . Would rather talk to a person!!!!
Avoid at all cost. Ordered for two, and the total exceeded the cost of a proper sit-down meal elsewhere, outrageous considering the experience. Part of the order was forgotten (yet again), and getting someone’s attention to fix it felt like pulling teeth. To make matters worse, when I asked for the large cups I had paid for, the staff demanded to see my receipt as though I was trying to scam them for a few ounces of soda. I'm not sure what the young man's name was who served us on Thursday 9/25/25 mid afternoon. He stopped what he was doing in the lobby, to come to the counter and graciously accept our order. We could have used the kiosk, but he chose to serve us with a smile. It's not easy to be an older person in this high tech modern world! But it IS easy to be kind. I wish I knew his name, so I could give kudos to the right person. To whomever it was, your unselfish kindness and willingness to serve did not go unnoticed!
