I think it's important for the workers to be able to read what the customer has ordered. I pay for a meal and din't get what I asked for. Of course I find out once I get to my destination. I know this review will do absolutely nothing for me but I do hope that someone will see this and decide not to waste their money at this establishment. I personally will never be back. We have been in the car all day from Buffalo, NY heading home and Jordan just gave us the best Taco Bell we have ever experienced . The drinks were full with perfect ice to soda ratio, the soft tacos were soft and full of meat and cheese and not just lettuce. The lettuce wasn’t brown or soggy either, it had a fresh crisp crunch to it and the Quesadillas were to die for. I wish all taco bells provided such quality service. Will definitely be visiting again when we come back north.10/10
I showed up right before closing and the sweet lady at the window was nothing short of personable and didn’t show an ounce of annoyance that I showed up right before closing.
Food was great, customer service was excellent. Thats the average experience as I have been there a number of times before.
