Ordered from the mobile app 4 total boxes, a chicken & cheese melt. We pulled off to the side to make sure everything was correct since the staff shoved everything into ONE bag, I pulled back around to the drive thru and let them know we were missing a chicken & cheese melt & a cinnamon twists the drive thru lady was extremely rude and so was the kitchen staff stating “she already got all her food” I offered to give the bag back and she denied to look through it. usually i have a fine experience here but yesterday i went here and i usually use the app so we went to the restaurant and told them we had a mobile order everything fine but then we had to wait 30 minutes for some mid food we got the create ur own luxe box its only available on the app and i got a cheese quesadilla and they put one little layer of cheese and one layer of the sauce and it was basically just torilla and then i got a 5 layer beefy burrito and it tasted weird it had a foul taste to to it
