Currently tipping the timer at 15 minutes in the drivethru.... the lobby inside is empty, and 2 people working. Doordash orders are being filled, but we are sitting in 100 degree heat waiting for tacos. And no customer service - no sorry for the delay, thank you for waiting. This is asinine.
I'm not normally one to write bad reviews and be a "Karen" but this irritated me so bad. I made a mobile order myself to pick it up in store- when I got there I waited only just to be told my order must have gotten stolen because it was already made in their system. I wait 15 minutes to receive my remade order just to see they messed it up and I show them my receipt again, I ordered TWO meal for 2's and a drink. I only received one meal for 2.
