Waited almost 20 minutes for a to go order and it wasn’t even made correctly. They were out of nacho fries and the replacement potatoes offered were mostly sour cream and soggy, they also cost less than nacho fries which I paid for. Employee leaning against front counter eating flamin hot Cheetos putting all of his fingers in his mouth. Manager seemed more concerned about her smoke break than anything else.
The people here did not care about my order at all and they just took all the other people's orders in the store and all the orders in the drive thru. Been waiting 30 minutes and still counting
Asked to get a burrito grilled and guy cooking made a big deal and was rude about grilling a burrito..horrible customer service
Taco bell food is what it is, but the service I've never had an issue until here. They seemed fully staffed, but every one of them was just goofing off and swearing up a storm. Instead of asking politely to not mess with the broken kiosk screen, it was demanded pretty rudely. In addition, when they were giving the cups, they gave me a cup that clearly had so much sticky syrup on it.
