There is a big dead rat in your parking lot
We frequently eat at Taco Bell. But we were disappointed with the service at this location. We heard too much chatter about things other than serving and making orders. The team took over 30 minutes to serve our order and we only had 3 items. We did not get the customizations we asked for either. Utterly disappointed. Side bote: could you update location on Google Maps? It shows 2 Taco Bells on the same road. The 2nd one is where McDonald's is.
The girl taking my order was so rude, I could not believe it. Service gets two stars cuz the cashier was nice
The people working here are generally kind and professional. Drive-thru is prompt and my orders are always correct. But the food is usually room-temperature at best, sloppily assembled, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I order soda it is flat. It’s also warm and tastes diluted. Getting soda here is a waste of money. This all seems largely like issues resulting from a non-existent manager or franchise owner who lets their employees bear the brunt of issues.
