They asked how many of the hot sauce and what kind, then forgot to give me hot sauce. Really annoying.
This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. My wife and I placed a DoorDash order, and after waiting 45 minutes, the driver texted to say the food still hadn’t even been made. I called the store twice and was told they were “making it now.” Another 15 minutes passed, the driver gave up and canceled, and then the store had the nerve to message saying they were “waiting on someone.” Completely unacceptable.
