We have had to call multiple times for our orders being messed up or not made properly. Never any special requests they simply just skimp out or are lazy on putting items together. At this point we are willing to drive to Alma which is unfortunate being that we only live 10 minutes from Ithaca. For example tonight I placed an order online drove the 10 minutes and still had to wait another 5 for the food. Just to check the bag and there be missing items and have to go inside to correct.
