They ask your name at this location, which is as far as I know is supposed to give the guest a personal at home feel. Maybe I am wrong with this thought process. Please learn to actually cut the quesadilla.
Have always loved Taco Bell but recently they have gone cheap and made the poor decision to us an AI automated ordering service in the drive thru. And its nothing but wrong orders and frustration. Automation will never be better than the personal touch of talking to an actual human. Change it back please.
