Whoever was managing Saturday Feb. 28, 2026 at 6pm was ill prepared. Not only did I wait 15 minutes in the drive thru lane just to get to the speaker box, but when someone did get on to take my order they couldn't understand the difference between Chicken Quesadilla and Cantina Chicken Quesadilla. I know there was someone talking from the other end, but whoever it was was so soft spoken that I couldn't hear. I like that they give…. slower.. people an opportunity to be employed, but it would be better if the food was made correctly, tastefully, and as ordered
THE WORST TACO BELL EVER! Can NEVER get the order right. The worst part is, they DONT care. Never going back.
I accidentally said something wasn’t our order when it was and the guy at the window was very kind even though it was super busy. Sorry about that man and thank you. :)
